RingPartner recognizes that the typical 9-5 work schedule doesn’t work for everyone’s busy schedule, so we implemented a core hours work schedule giving people the freedom to structure their work days as needed.
Team members are expected to be in-office for core hours each day from 10am to 3pm, but outside these hours each person structures the remaining work time the best way they see fit. This means anything from bright and early mornings in the office, to split days to accommodate each person’s schedule. Core hours empower employees to maximize their work hours and have the flexibility to work when and wherever best suits their needs. Each person works differently, and RingPartner understands that!
