Job Description:

This is a fun and dynamic role that works to support the leadership team as well as support the office.  Our ideal candidate has no problem jumping on any administrative requests asked of them and finding a fun and smart way to complete them.  Typical tasks may include coordinating meetings, creating agendas, sending calendar invites, booking trade-show events, ordering or putting away office supplies. In addition as an awesome admin assistant you will proactively look for ways to find efficiencies in the function of the office.  You enjoy being called on to take on any task that would help a team member out and you thrive on having a variety of work and projects.  There is no such thing as a task too big or too small for you!  A  you have no problem doing what needs to be done.

What you will do:

  • Be the go-to administrative resource for the leadership team 
  • Create spreadsheets, enter and analyze data
  • Take dictation and write notes
  • Arrange/order team lunches
  • Book travel arrangements (flights/hotels)
  • Run errands such as dropping off mail purchasing items for the office
  • Book meetings for leadership team and prep attendees accordingly 
  • Light office clean up 
  • Administer/maintain employee benefits

Skills & Experience

  • Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration and/or 2-4 years experience in an office setting 
  • Excel wizard - you can also manipulate word, google docs, google sheets 
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to identify what needs to be done, handle multiple projects, and provide follow-through
  • Proven ability to organize own workload and prioritize tasks and handle changing priorities
