The Client Success Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships while growing client accounts
  • Operate as the key point of contact for any and all matters relating to your clients
  • Work with clients to expand relationships and deliver services offered by RingPartner
  • Maintain an intimate knowledge of industry developments to spot trends and opportunities
  • Promote RingPartner at conferences and meetings across the globe, as required
  • Negotiate campaign terms and rates with clients
  • Ensure that client financial accounts are up to date and accurate
  • Maintain professional and appropriate working relationships with all team members

Desired Skills

  • Proven account management, customer service, sales or other relevant experience
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
